How much does excavation or grading cost?
Every site is different — access, slope, soil, rock, and haul distance all move the number. That's why we walk the property before we bid instead of guessing over the phone. The estimate is free, it's written, and the price we quote is the price you pay unless the scope changes and we agree on it first.
Do you take small jobs, or only big projects?
Both. We grade backyards for homeowners and cut pads for builders running production schedules. No job is too small to do right — and small jobs done right tend to turn into the big ones later.
How soon can you start?
Lead times shift with the season and the weather. Call and we'll give you an honest current answer — and once you're on the schedule, we show up when we said we would.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured in Tennessee. We're happy to provide proof of insurance before work begins. Never let anyone put a machine on your property without it.
My yard holds water. Can you fix it?
Almost always. Standing water is usually a grading problem, a drainage problem, or both — and it only gets worse (and more expensive) with time. We'll diagnose the actual cause on a site walk and fix it at the source rather than treating symptoms.
What is hydroseeding and why do it?
Hydroseeding sprays a mix of seed, mulch, and fertilizer over fresh-graded soil. It establishes grass faster and more evenly than dry seeding, costs far less than sod, and locks down bare dirt against erosion — the perfect finish after grading or pad work.
